Simon Cooper Consulting has been established as a training and development partnership since 1996. We operate in three distinct areas - Leadership Development, Business Skills and Teamworking.

Unlike many traditional training organisations we take an experiential approach and as such our  courses are fun, interactive and extremely powerful.  Our utilisation of blended learning means that virtually all our programmes run without course notes as all knowledge based material is provided electronically, in advance. The whole course is then delivered as an integrated experiential event.

We primarily work with clients on an in-house basis but are also able to offer public courses via our partnership with The Experiential Learning Centre - enabling us to satisfy clients of all sizes and budgets. 

We are also licensed practitioners of the exciting new Behavioural Preference Model ARSC™. This enables us to use the tools in a range of our programmes as well as offering a low cost psychometric testing option to our clients and website visitors.
